Executive Council
The Executive Council meets bi-monthly and is responsible for the administrative functions of the church's ministry. It is comprised of representatives of all the administrative committees:
Church Program Council,
Finance,
Treasurer,
Trustees,
Staff Parish Relationship,
Lay Leader
Lay Member of Conference
Pastors.
It meets in 'closed session' when it functions as the Lay Leadership Team, which is responsible for the nomination of all leadership positions. Nominations are open to all members of the congregation, and positions to be elected are published in early Spring.
The Executive Council meets as a Charge Conference for the purpose of conducting specific church business, such as setting annual budgets, accepting memorial gifts, setting policies and electing officers.
